It's time to move on.  But selling your motorhome or campervan can be a difficult experience, one that involves a degree of stress, risk and intrusion from unwelcome influences including scammers and other opportunists and is, frankly, on occassions not at all an enjoyable experience.  Preparing your pride and joy for sale, knowing how to present the vehicle and where and when to market the vehicle presents difficult choices.  Knowing who to trust along the journey (and who to avoid!) can be a difficult judgement and working your way through to a completed sale with money safely in the bank is stressful.  You need experienced help.  I am the help you need.

1.  Initial Consultation

We will have an initial telephone, video or email conversation from which I can understand your situation, the motorhome or camper that you are looking to sell and the ways in which you would wish to progress matters to a successful conclusion.

2.  Agreeing A Sales Plan

Based upon the initial conversation and your choice of sales product, I will develop a sales plan for your motorhome or campervan setting out a clear plan for the pricing, presentation, marketing, sale point and progression to succesful conclusion.

3.  Video, Photography and Drone Footage

It's time to get your motorhome or campervan ready for sale!  When ready, I will travel to the location of the motorhome or camper and take 4k professional grade external & internal video, photographs and aerial drone footage (weather & location permitting).  I will also formulate the floor plan of the vehicle setting out the key features and documenting a comprehensive description of the features and benefits that the future owner can enjoy.

4.  Presented & Offered For Sale

We are ready to go!  I will prepare a detailed digital advert promoting your motorhome or camper which will include a detailed description, the video and photography, floor plan, features & benefits, price and contact points for sales enquiries.

 

5.  Managing Enquiries On Your Behalf

As part of developing the sales plan we will discuss and decide whether you wish to receive enquiries directly or whether you would prefer to have my help to receive, vet and respond to enquiries.  Motorhomes and campervans advertised for sale will receive a lot of attention and many enquiries but not all are to your benefit.  It is vitally important to screen out the scammers, time wasters and tyre kickers from those that are genuinely interested in buying your pride and joy.  I have a great deal of experience in managing this process and I will help you through what is the most difficult part of the process.  My service is pro-active, I will contact prosepctive purchasers on your behalf and talk to contacts within the motorhome industry to achieve the best price and outcome for the sale of your vehicle.

  

6.  Vetting Buyers & Arranging Viewings

The phone has been ringing, the email and whatsapp pinging, we have screened the enquiries and we are now down to the genuine buyers who wish to view and potentially buy your motorhome or campervan.  I will help you with the vetting of those viewing your vehicle and work with you to arrange viewings at a time, date and place that is convenient to all parties.


7.  Accompanied Viewings (Where Required)

As part of my sales package options I can help you by being personally present during viewings, leading or supporting the process on your behalf.  Alternatively, if you prefer and feel confident and able to do so I can provide you with practical advice and tips on how to conduct a viewing and how to manage the key parts of the process that will lead to an offer and sale.

8.  Managing Offers & Concluding The Sale

Almost done!  Viewings complete, offers now coming in but which one should you accept and from whom?  Again, I will offer advice and guidance on this part of the sales process and I will receive, screen and negotiate offers on your behalf (if you wish).  Once a sale price is agreed I will navigate you through the practicalities of selling and handing over your vehicle including important matters relating to the transfer and receipt of funds, managing any outstanding finance (if applicable), handling DVLA paperwork and waving good-bye to your vehicle and 'hello' to your new bank balance.
